The Spanish firm delivers consultancy and engineering services in the field of aero/hydrodynamics, improving performance with their state of the art design technology.
On the recent partnership D3’s Chief Operating Officer Nacho Elizalde Castells shared, “It is great to announce our collaboration with Flagturbines. The tools and knowledge of D3 Applied Technologies will allow us to assess the performance of our turbines and evaluate all the parameters necessary in order to optimise performance and deliver efficient wind power.
D3 Applied Technologies is the race engineering company for hydrofoil yacht racing. The engineers are optimizing the yachts in a simulated environment, and then apply it for racing. That hands on approach is fundamental to making progress in performance optimization.
